We collect only what you send us through the contact form (name, email, organisation, message) and use it solely to answer you. If you tick the “keep me informed” box, we additionally use your email address to send occasional updates about CDR Hub — monthly at most, and you can withdraw that consent at any time with a single reply, after which we stop and remove you from the list. No advertising, no profiling, and no updates without the ticked box. This site sets no cookies and currently runs no analytics at all. If we ever add site statistics, they will be cookieless and aggregate-only, and the tool will be named here first.

Submissions are stored with our form processor only as long as needed to handle them; handled enquiries are deleted periodically. Consent records for updates are kept while the consent stands.
